Golf Fitness & Full Swing Evaluation using the MyTPI System
Every golfer wants to hit the ball with more power, more accuracy and more consistency. Traditional swing instruction focuses on swing mechanics but often fails to take into account the physical conditioning of the person swinging the club.
In this program we look at both the body and the swing mechanics in relation to the player’s goals and objectives. Testing is done using the program developed at the Titleist Performance Institute, world leaders in golf specific fitness. Each student will receive a detailed evaluation findings report that includes a “golf fitness handicap” and correlates their physical evaluation to their golf swing.
Based on this evaluation, each player will receive a game improvement program that includes drills and exercises to eliminate limitations for good. The improvement program will include an on-line, 18-session training program using the MyTPI website that can be done at home, in the gym or with your fitness professional.
This evaluation takes approximately 60 – 90 minutes.
